How do i change/cancel my order or shipping address

Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it is no longer possible to edit or cancel it.

Why does my tracking information no longer update?

For international shipping methods, tracking information is automatically updated when your order arrives cross-border. Rest assured that your order is on its way and will arrive soon!

Can i return my products

Refund after delivery is not possible.

In the case of a damaged shipment and an accepted claim, you have the option of requesting a new shipment or requesting a refund.

You will be responsible for shipping costs on your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

What do I need to consider in customs, duties and taxes?
